I became a member about 4 months ago after leaving another local facility. I am very impressed with the quality and quantity of the various machines I have to choose from in order to complete my regular workout routine. Your facility is always well maintained and super clean and I never have to wait to use any of the equipment.

I personally like the gym for several reasons. The staff are all good people and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The gym is 24 hrs and very convenient for me and they keep it extremely clean. I've lost a total of 30 pounds at Lifestyles and I am in my second year here. No reason for me to go anywhere else.

Approaching age 50, I decided it was time to make my own "lifestyle" change in order to work on staying healthy. I chose the Lifestyles fitness center because of the many great offerings at their facility. Because it is a 24/7 gym, I can tailor my workouts any time of day and day of the week. Whether 3 in the afternoon or 3 in the morning, one can feel safe doing a workout at their gym. The facility is well lit for night and early morning users. Lifestyles has a huge variety of free motion equipment that helps beginners or the most advanced users with their workouts, can provide for variety in a workout, and can be used by people of all ages, sizes, strengths and training levels. The bottom line for me is, I always look forward to my next visit, and I have never felt better in my life.
